Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your order will be processed and delivered. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed, and we will notify you if any significant delays occur.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes:

  • Standard Shipping (U.S. & Canada): 5-14 business days

  • Express Shipping: 5-14 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days

Please note that these timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs inspections, or other unexpected factors outside our control.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $75 USD. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and most EU countries. If your region is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team to confirm whether delivery can be arranged.

After your order ships, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages caused by the carrier. However, you may contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim. If your order arrives damaged, please keep all packaging materials and take photos of the product and the shipping box.

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country. These charges vary and are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
